Dr. Yaacov Kurtzweil

Alumot program manager. Has diverse experience in the education field and particularly in teacher education.

Yaacov has a PhD in Jewish Thought from Ben-Gurion University, he is a graduate of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership and was certified as a group facilitator at Tel Aviv University.

Yaacov believes in developing leadership through enhancing the ability to be awareness of personal and system connection, and personal learning from group dynamics.

Liora Shpizer

Alumot program and network coordinator

Liora is in charge of the administrative set-up of the program and network, making connections, collaborations and accompanying the fellows.

Liora has extensive experience in organization and logistics, in production of conferences, seminars and symposiums in the education field, and has accompanied the Alumot program since its inception.

Dana Ioushua

Content developer and alumni relations manager for the Alumot program

Dana has considerable experience in content development and operations in the field of educational tourism and came to the Mofet Institute after a period as an operations manager at a start-up company. Dana has a Master’s degree in Culture Research from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from the Hebrew University.
